I help people and organizations identify the unconscious patterns shaping their reality.

about me

I’m Brandi. I was born and raised in Detroit. My parents wanted me to have everything they didn’t. They were obsessed with my success, so I became obsessed too. I was that kid checking every box.

I got accepted at every college I applied to and walked onto the track team at University of Michigan. Four years later I had broken the Big Ten record, the school record in the long jump, and tried out for the Olympics.

That pattern followed me everywhere. I led teams at Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Pfizer. I built a startup, oversaw hundreds of millions in revenue and managed hundreds of people. I married the man of my dreams and gave birth to our son, who we love dearly.

I was really, really good at winning.

I had everything I thought I wanted, and still something was missing. My life looked perfect. But it didn't feel as good as it looked.

So I stepped back and did the work to figure out what it means to have success and happiness. Now I work with others asking themselves the same questions.

Over a period of 6-12 months, I teach leaders, founders, investors, athletes and teams the difference between achievement and alignment. This isn’t therapy. If you have to come see me once a week for the rest of your life, I haven’t done my job.

Together, we build the internal infrastructure that makes success feel sustainable, repeatable, and most importantly joyful.
